To place a quilting order:  Fill out the form below and send your quilt top, batting and backing (unless you want me to provide batting and backing) to the above address.  Make sure that your batting and backing are at least 2" longer on all sides.  I will send you an email when I receive your order and give you an estimate as to when your quilt will be shipped.
